How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order online within 24 hours after placing the order. The total amount of your order will be paid back.    An order may not be cancelled after the item has been delivered.

Can I cancel a part of the order?

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and 3-4 days to initiate a refund. You will be informed of the same through e-mail. Your refund will be processed shortly after we receive the cancelled items from the messenger.

Whom should we contact to get the money transferred of the cancelled product?

Refunds are at sole discretion of HIS and will be accepted and done only after one to one email communication with the shopper or customer who has placed order on website. All refunds will be made through bank deposits only on a nationalised bank account (based in India), regardless of the payment made in India or outside India/ CCavenue Payment Gateway/ Paypal.

Cancellation and refund against the product already delivered, back for any reason, will get the refund only for the value of the product. Delivery and payment gateway costs will not be refunded.

Damages & Claims:

The Company has a very good experience in the delivery of goods, adhering to security procedures, certifications and stipulations which is applicable in India and advised for international shipments. Despite these safety measures, there is a chance of product damage during transport due to handling at different levels. And, for such damage occurring during transport and due to man leaving the boundaries of our premises, HIS cannot be held responsible.

In the event of transport damage and negligent damage, inappropriate use or enforcement will not be covered by our Return Policy. The company shall not be held responsible for such damage. Refunds will not be granted under these conditions.

 

Non Entertainment of Returns:

HIS stores and stores his products and manufactures certain products and thus he can not receive returns as offered in other ecommerce portals, although replacements are accepted.
